We held a public consultation event on Wednesday 4th December regarding our plans for 660 new homes at Barkham Square. The exhibition boards which were displayed at this event are available here.

THE SITE
The site is located to the north of Arborfield Green, approximately 1km southwest of Barkham Village, covering an area of 41.8 hectares and is proposed for allocation in Wokingham Borough Council’s emerging Local Plan.
The site is a logical extension to the existing Arborfield Green development and has the potential to deliver a high-quality, sustainable new neighbourhood which would be served by existing or forthcoming infrastructure such as three new schools with significant upfront investment in the local area.
